Our products
Our standard white, red and rosé wines are all strictly organic and certified.
The character of the wine is revealed in the glass, its soul is released on the palate
White This is an indigenous grape of Riesling variety from North Rhine-Westphalia and the Palatinate, one of the world’s most prized varieties, and has unmistakable organoleptic qualities. Accompanied by slight acid notes, it is characterised by its typical floral aroma and fruity flavour. A still, semi-dry wine with sweet aka tones. It goes well with fish, seafood, shellfish, fresh soft cheeses and desserts.
Rosato is a skilful blend of aromatic Traminer and Rhine Riesling. From the marriage of these two grapes comes a fresh, light and captivating Cuvée with sweet and decidedly mellow tones on the palate, releasing an aftertaste of red fruits on the palate. An elegant and very suitable solution for aperitifs and brunches, it can also be an excellent base for cocktails such as the Bellini or the Moscow Mule.
Excellent in combination with delicately flavoured dishes, appetisers, fish tartare, cured meats and unripened cheeses.
Standard Red is a Cuvée blend of Pinot Noir and Cabernet Chauvignon, vines of French origin transplanted in the Rhein Gau region on the gentle slopes of the Rhineland. It is recognisable by its rather full-bodied structure, its ruby colour and its captivating bouquet of fresh rose scent. It goes well with meat, game, spicy flavours, mature cheeses and chocolate.
The cultivation soil has hydrogeological characteristics typical of river basins and is therefore naturally fertile and predisposed to organic cultivation without chemical additives. Rich in natural organic nutrients, the cultivation humus maintains organoleptic characteristics of the past.
The grape harvesting and processing procedures up to bottling are scrupulously followed in accordance with the principles of the Rhine farming tradition.
Maturation of the standard wines takes place in stainless steel tanks, always according to the principles of maximum safety.
Premium Selection
We also have the distinction of having proposed on the Italian market the Premium Rosso line, which after an initial three-month maturation in stainless steel then continues its maturation in oak barrels. The Bianco Premium is placed directly in cherry wood barrels that allow it a decidedly sweeter and more gradual maturation.
Premium White This is a dry Cuvée Trocken, composed of three grape varieties: Riesling, Moscateller (Muscat), and Schurebe. This apparently contrasting ‘Drei Zu Eins’ blend actually gives a very special result with elegant and characteristic organoleptic properties that are difficult to forget. It is, however, a dry wine capable of imparting fruity sensations to the palate with a hint of smoke and a cherry aftertaste due to the slight maturation in cherry barrels.
The Rosso Premium is made from a vine with very ancient roots, Dronfelder, whose grape blend dates back to the Roman imperial period. More specifically, this vineyard was recovered in 1956 and its origin ascertained by an archaeological as well as biological analysis in which the presence of two very old vineyards still existing but difficult to find, whose origin is the Xanten Plain in North Rhine-Westphalia, was highlighted.

CROCO-DIEHL LINE Our non-alcoholic wines leave nothing to be desired. It is a line of elegantly varied flavours between red whites and rosés, all derived from the maturation of special grapes of our precious Cabernet. Cuvées of fruity and fresh grapes, they are pleasantly sparkling. 100% DIEHL – O% ALCOHOL.
VEGAN LINE Hypoallergenic tested wines, with their characteristic fruity aroma and strong mineral notes, go perfectly with original and fresh spicy dishes.
Fruit Juices
Grapes, apples, pears and berries, the basis of our fruit juices, come from the direct cultivation of Van Nahmen, an organic company of excellence. As with all our other products, they are characterised by careful production in a controlled supply chain with certified organic farming subject to specific controls by both the German and Dutch company experts and the organic certification authorities.
The oranges come from Italian organic cultivations in Basilicata, they are strictly organic and have no added sugar.
The peaches and apricots are also of Italian origin and obviously have all the quality standards required for production in northern Europe and necessary for their certification.
Our tropical fruit juices meet the standards of the European organic market.
Maracuja, Bananas and Pineapples come from cultivations in Central and South America and in addition to being carefully selected, they are subjected to quality controls by German and Dutch company technicians.
That’s in order to ensure the Green Label of Bio production according to EU standards and national standards.
